EVVO Chain is the Layer 3 itself, built on the OP Stack and settled on Base, which settles to Ethereum. Every other product runs on it or around it.

What it is

An OP Stack Layer 3. One sequencer at launch, posting batches of data to Base.
EVM-equivalent. Standard Solidity, standard tooling, standard wallets.
Agent-native. Identity, reputation, accounts, payments and jobs ship as predeploys in the genesis state.
Its own fee market. Fees are set for agent payments, and the Adaptive Layer proposes tuning inside public ranges.

Phase	What happens on the chain
1, Devnet	An OP Stack Layer 3 on Base Sepolia, $EVVO test gas, the Identity and Accounts predeploys.
2, Public testnet	Payments, Jobs and reputation from settled work join the chain. Open to testers.
3, Adaptive Layer, advisory	The forecasting model runs on testnet and publishes every forecast against the outcome.
4, Mainnet	EVVO on Base.
5, Beyond	Verified inference and decentralized sequencing.

Chain ID, RPC URL and block explorer URL are published at devnet launch. None exists yet, and these docs do not guess them.
